Nathan Allen Pritchard
Chief Operating Officer

Nathan Allen Pritchard brings 23 years of experience in architecture, residential projects, hospitality, and spatial planning. With a degree in Architecture, he has worked across both residential and commercial hospitality projects, including experience with Hard Rock, Ritz-Carlton, Auberge, and SLS.
At Proposed Spaces, Nathan oversees operations, scanning coordination, and project documentation. His background in spatial planning helps builders capture accurate information, communicate project details clearly, and keep teams aligned
Matthew Hudson
Director of Business Development

Matthew Hudson brings 31 years of experience in residential design-build, estate properties, and client-focused project development. A lifelong entrepreneur, he started his first company while in college and has worked throughout South Florida’s premier communities and waterfront properties.
At Proposed Spaces, Matthew leads builder relationships and business development. His focus is on creating a clear, responsive, and valuable client experience before, during, and after each project.
